These Terms & Conditions apply to all participants registering for tours or packages through any of the brands/units operating under SILVA HOSPITALITY PRIVATE LIMITED, including Jungle Ken Holidays, Silverbill Holidays, and Silva Trails.

Payment may be made via cash, cheque, demand draft, or online transfer. All payments must be drawn/payable in Pune in favor of “SILVA HOSPITALITY PRIVATE LIMITED”.
Seats in vehicles (coach/bus) will be allocated strictly on a first-come, first-served basis. Early booking is strongly advised.
